Early Career and Instructional Design
Ringgold began her career as an Instructional Designer and Subject Matter Expert, implementing enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS) within corporate environments. This discovery became the foundation of Business Tech Lab, which Ringgold founded to address the gap between technology availability and technology implementation.
